Terms and Conditions
1. General Scope
These terms apply to all purchases made from Noor Arbeel Used Auto Spare Parts Tr. L.L.C (“The Seller”), whether in-store, online, or via phone/messaging. By purchasing a part, the Customer accepts these terms.
2. Nature of Goods (Used Parts)
Source: All parts sold are Genuine OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) components harvested from dismantled/salvage BMW vehicles.
Condition: These are used (second-hand) goods. While we inspect every part to ensure it is undamaged and functional, signs of wear and tear, cosmetic marks, or grease consistent with age are normal and not considered defects.
Compatibility: It is the Customer’s responsibility to verify that the part is compatible with their specific vehicle before purchase.
3. Warranty
Mechanical Parts: We offer a standard [Insert Days, e.g., 7-Day] “Start-Up Warranty” on engines and transmissions. This covers the part against being dead-on-arrival or major mechanical failure upon installation.
Electrical Parts: Due to the nature of electrical components, all electrical units (ECUs, modules, sensors) are sold “As Is” and are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.
Voiding Warranty: The warranty is void if the part is dismantled, tampered with, or installed incorrectly.
4. Returns and Refunds
Faulty Items: If a part is proven defective within the warranty period, we will provide a replacement. If no replacement is available, a full refund will be issued.
Change of Mind: Returns for “change of mind” or “ordered wrong part” are subject to a 20% restocking fee and must be returned within 3 days in the same condition as sold.
Markings: All our parts are marked with special paint/stickers/stamps. Returns will not be accepted if these markings are removed or not visible.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping: We arrange shipping to customers across the UAE and internationally.
Costs: Shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer unless the item is faulty.
Transit Damage: We pack items securely. However, the Seller is not liable for damage caused by the courier or shipping company during transit. We recommend inspecting the package before signing the delivery receipt.
6. Limitation of Liability
Installation: We are a parts supplier only. We are not responsible for labor costs, towing fees, rental car costs, or any damage caused to your vehicle during the installation of our parts.
We strongly recommend having all parts installed by a certified BMW technician.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Sharjah.
